    Reservations can be made through our website, by calling our office, or using our mobile application. We offer multiple convenient booking options to suit your preferences.
  • Do you offer package pricing?

    Yes, we provide package pricing options. Our packages begin with a 4-hour minimum rental period, which includes various amenities and services.
  • How far in advance should I book?

    We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure availability, we strongly recommend making your reservation as early as possible to secure your desired date and time.
  • Is there a minimum rental time?

    Yes, we have established a minimum rental period of 4 hours for all our limousine services.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy requires a 72-hour notice prior to the scheduled service. Please be aware that the initial deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation timing.
  • Is tipping the driver required?

    Gratuity for the driver is already included in your total bill, so there's no need for additional tipping.
  • Can I bring food or drinks in the limo?

    While food is not permitted in our vehicles, we do allow beverages. Some of our services may even include complimentary drinks. Please note that alcohol policies are subject to local laws and age restrictions.
